Border Watch encourages members of the community to report suspicious immigration, customs and border related activity. We are interested in information about suspicious border activity related to:

  • people smuggling or human trafficking
  • exploiting foreign workers
  • breaching sponsorship or visa conditions
  • travelling to, or residing in Australia, in order to work unlawfully
  • committing identity fraud, entering a fake marriage or relationship, providing fraudulent documents, or lying to obtain a visa
  • providing immigration advice
  • illegal foreign fishing​​
  • duty evasion and revenue evasion
  • suspicious cargo
  • wildlife smuggling
  • importing any of the following:​
    • illicit or performance enhancing drugs
    • firearms or other weapons
    • illegal pornography or child abuse images
    • counterfeit goods
    • illicit tobacco or vapes
    • goods containing asbestos​​.​
