Australia is an inclusive, multicultural society for all people from all backgrounds. Australia’s multicultural identity is a source of pride and strength.
Australia is a community of equals, in which everyone belongs. To foster belonging, the Australian Government places multiculturalism at the centre of the national agenda.
All Australians benefit from our successful multicultural society. We have the responsibility to maintain our diverse and inclusive society. Everyone should be able to go about their life without fear. Prejudice or discrimination have no place in Australia.
