We will advertise opportunities within the Apollo Program once a year through the APS jobs website. To apply, you must create an account in Success Factors to register and use our recruitment website. When completing the online application you will need to provide:
- your current resume
- personal information, including details of your two referees
- evidence as listed on the Eligibility section
- a one (1) page document (minimum 11pt font in MSWord or PDF format) that provides more information about you to support your application for this opportunity and respond to questions asked.
After the closing date, we will assess all applicants using a selection process that involves three stages over several weeks. You will need to be rated Suitable for each stage of the selection process to move onto the next stage.
The three stages of the Apollo selection process are:

- Screening Workshop
- Home Affairs led Assessment.
