The Multicultural Framework Review applied an innovative approach to accepting submissions and promoting inclusion and participation. Accessibility was at the forefront of the Review and a key priority to ensure that a range of perspectives was captured, reflective of Australia’s diverse communities. A tailored submission portal was created to accept submissions in all languages and by written, audio and video formats.
In total, 796 submissions were received; 126 of these were in languages other than English, which were then translated to inform the Review.
