Keep up to date
If any of your contact details change, it is important you update your details:
- Update your notification details in GrantConnect
- If you have applied for a grant, you must also email your new details to the Community Grants Hub at support@communitygrants.gov.au. Include the Grant ID number in the email, and the Activity ID if your grant application was succesful. You can find your Activity ID on the front of your Grant Agreement or on pages 3-4 .
