SRS outreach visits

Visa expiry information session at Mount Isa, Wednesday 18 April 2018.

Are you approaching your visa expiry date, or has your visa already expired? The Department of Home Affairs will be visiting Mount Isa on Wednesday 18 April. During this visit, staff from the Status Resolution Service (SRS) can provide information to people who do not have a valid visa and help to resolve their immigration issues. SRS staff can also discuss options for people who are approaching their visa expiry dates.

SRS staff will be at the Mount Isa Department of Human Services (DHS) Service Centre and will be available to talk to people from 9 am to 3.30 pm. No appointment is necessary.
