Two (2) notices were given under this provision.

Two (2) individuals were found to have acted inconsistently with their allegiance to Australia by engaging in terrorism related conduct specified in section 33AA.

As these two individuals were dual citizens of Australia and another country, I became aware that, by virtue of their terrorism related conduct, they had renounced their Australian citizenship and therefore ceased to be Australian citizens.

Four (4) notices were given under this provision.Four (4) individuals were found to be in the service of a declared terrorist organisation outside Australia. As these four individuals were dual citizens of Australia and another country I became aware that these individuals ceased to be Australian citizens at the time each individual commenced serving a declared terrorist organisation as provided by section 35.
