What should I do if I am getting a SkillSelect session expired message?

Reasons why you may be getting a session expired message include:

  • your session has been inactive for more than 20 minute
  • some troubleshooting may be required to restore your browser to optimal performance. To do that:
    • close all open browser sessions
    • open a new browser session
    • login to SkillSelect directly (don’t use favourites or bookmarked sites)
    • check for add-ons in your browser which may cause compatibility issues (some problems have been reported with 3rd party toolbars and some VoIP applications)
    • restore browser defaults
    • clear cached information
    • check your ISP (Internet Service Provider) for issues.
