Can I use online forms in ImmiAccount to update my details?

​The following online forms are available in ImmiAccount:

  • Appointment or withdrawal of an authorised recipient (including migration agent)
  • Change of address details
  • Change of email address details
  • Change of passport details
  • Notification of changes in circumstances
  • Notification of incorrect answer(s)

These forms should be used if you need to update details after your application has been submitted.

To access the forms, select the application in ImmiAccount by clicking on the '+' icon. This will open the application details page. From there, click on the ‘Update us’ link.

Updating your passport details:

ImmiAccount will only allow you to update your passport details where there has been no changes to your name, date of birth or country of passport. If any of these details have changed, you will need to complete Form 929 – Change of address and/or passport details (215KB PDF)  and email it to

Note: We can accept scanned, photographed or electronically signed completed forms. If you have been issued a new passport, please provide a scanned copy or photograph of the biographical page of your new passport with the completed form. The biographical page of your passport is the page that contains your photograph, personal details and the issue/expiry dates

If you are not able to use an online form, you can still access a range of fillable PDF forms from the 'Related links' section of your application in ImmiAccount. Completed forms can be attached to an in progress application.
