Our office in Madrid, Spain, manages visa services for clients in France, Andorra, Belgium, Canary Islands, Luxembourg, Monaco, Portugal and Spain. It has a Service Delivery Partner (SDP) agreement with TLScontact to provide biometrics collection services in France through an Australian Biometric Collection Centre.
The SDP is contracted by us to provide biometric collection services.
This service incurs a fee in addition to the visa application charge.

Applications for Citizenship by Descent are processed at the Australian High Commission in London.
Applications for Australian citizenship general eligibility and other situations, and applications to resume or renounce (give up) Australian citizenship should be lodged at the Canberra Visa and Citizenship office in the Australian Capital Territory.
