Service locations

The Australian Embassy in Sarajevo has no visa function. Our office in Belgrade, Serbia, manages visa and citizenship services for clients in Bosnia and Herzegovina.

Note: Bosnian nationals can apply online for most Australian visas and citizenship through ImmiAccount. This is the preferred and most efficient way to apply. Any paper applications (where applicable) should be sent to the Australian Embassy, Berlin.

We have a Service Delivery Partner (SDP) agreement with TLScontact to provide biometrics collection services in Bosnia and Herzegovina through an Australian Biometrics Collection Centre.
