Feedback on your screening experience
The Department of Home Affairs sets the broad requirements and outcomes for aviation security. This includes screening passengers and their luggage. The delivery of aviation security services at Australian airports is the responsibility of individual airports and their contractors.
If you have feedback or a complaint about how the screening process was conducted, you can request to speak to the on-duty screening supervisor at the time of screening. Alternatively, you can contact the relevant airport directly.
Contact details for the major Australian airports can be found below. If the airport you wish to contact is not listed, most airport websites have a ‘contact us’ or similar web page that provides an email address or other contact options for the public.
