The Australian Government will provide $3.8 million across 41 organisations for multicultural projects designed to enhance and foster community integration. This will allow funding to reach the below communities affected by the conflict as soon as possible:
- $1.24 million will support 12 organisations to scale-up or adjust their existing capabilities to give initial support to Palestinian, Muslim and Arab communities.
- Approximately $2.6 million will support 28 organisations to deliver new social cohesion projects to support the local needs of Palestinian, Muslim and Arab communities.
