Art Competition for Children and Young People – Online Art Exhibition
The Multicultural Framework Review looked at ways for government and the community to work together to help people get along and create a bright and fair future for all Australians.
Children and young people were invited to design the front cover of the Multicultural Framework Review report,
Towards Fairness - a multicultural Australia for all. The Panel asked children and young people to answer the question “What does multicultural Australia look like?”
The competition was open to children and young people aged 4-24 in the following categories:
- Age category One: 4-8 years old
- Age category Two: 9-13 years old
- Age category Three: 14-17 years old
- Age category Four: 18-24 years old
A first and second place shortlist was chosen by the Panel from each category as well as an overall winner. The overall winning entry is featured on the front cover of the report, with the shortlisted entries included inside the report.
Everyone who entered this completion will receive a Certificate of Appreciation, and their artwork is displayed in the Multicultural Framework Review Online Art Exhibition below.
The Panel wants to send a huge thanks to all the children and young people whose artworks show us how good a bright and fair future for all Australians can look.
