RENEWAL OF CUSTOMS BROKER LICENSES – REFER DIBP NOTICE NO.2017/38

As detailed in DIBP Notice No. 2017/38 all customs broker licenses will expire on 30 June 2018.

It is recommended that renewals are paid, completed and returned as soon as possible to assist with the process. Ideally all licence renewals should be completed and lodged no later than 22 June, although will be accepted up until 29 June.

A renewal received after 29 June will not be processed, resulting in the licence expiring on 30 June.

The Client Search function in the ICS can be used to determine if your application has completed processing. Please wait 7 days after sending through your renewal. For corporate licence holders the end date is displayed on the Client Summary screen. For other licence holders searching against your CCID (or name) will display your client record and licence end date. If the End Date is not displaying 30 JUN 2021 then the renewal process has not been completed.
